Apprentice Engineer-Full Time (Caesars Atlantic City)

This position works with and assists Maintenance Mechanic A in the maintenance and repair of facilities and systems while learning and developing the skills necessary to function independently.  $21.1750 per hour

Responsibilities

•    Lifts and moves tools and parts as related to applicable trade. 
•    Preparation of work area to include movement of furniture/obstructions.  
•    Ability to learn to read and evaluate blueprints.  
•    This position is not responsible for the maintenance or operation of gaming equipment.  
•    Completes special assignments for management as requested.
 

Qualifications

•    Requires general knowledge in maintenance area.  
•    Some mechanical skills preferred.  
•    This position receives on the job training while working with the Maintenance Mechanic A, and also attends an approved trade school approved by the union.    
•    Must possess a valid New Jersey driver’s license.  

•    Ability to Must be able to walk and stand during shift
•    Must be able to lift, carry and/or push up to 50 pounds 
•    Ability to grasp, hold, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
•    Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
•    Must be able to work in dusty, noisy, wet and/or humid environment 
NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED
