About this Position Join a high-visibility, international initiative within Henkel focused on building a new end-to-end solution at Henkel Consumer Brands. In this role, you will combine Scrum Master and PMO / project support responsibilities to help shape the delivery setup, enable effective agile collaboration, and support cross-functional alignment across Sales Marketing, Commercial, R D, Supply Chain, and other business functions. What you´ll do Act as Scrum Master for a new implementation project, facilitating the team’s agile delivery model and ensuring effective collaboration across an international project environment Host agile ceremonies, manage sprint boards, and support structured backlog and sprint execution using Azure DevOps Combine Scrum Master responsibilities with PMO-style support such as coordination, follow-ups, tracking open topics, and helping structure key project discussions Support the early A D phase and project setup activities to help establish a strong delivery foundation from the start Work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions and teams to ensure alignment and transparency Help build and maintain the team’s agile operating model, including ways of working, progress visibility, and clear ownership of follow-up actions Foster a collaborative, motivated, and focused team culture centered on continuous improvement and value delivery
