About this Position Henkel Beauty Care Professional is seeking a passionate Logistics Coordinator to manage domestic and import/export shipments to ensure smooth, end-to-end logistics operations. Acting as a central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, you’ll play a vital role in driving efficiency, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the supply chain. What you´ll do Manage all domestic, import, and export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate logistics execution. Act as the main liaison with stakeholders, forwarders, and carriers, and coordinate with warehouses on delivery status. Collaborate with Customer Excellence and Sales teams to maintain high service standards and resolve operational issues. Oversee 3PL providers and satellite warehouses, including annual stocktakes across ANZ. Drive process improvements and sustainability initiatives focused on cost and operational efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation and organise SharePoint folders. Daily IDocs processing, overseeing cycle counts, posting inventory variances, and coordinate stock management in collaboration with planners. Monitor and achieve monthly KPIs while ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment Quality) policies.
