AI Software Customer Engineer, Staff
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 3+ years of experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. Master's degree in Science, Engineering, AI/ML or a relevant field 4+ years of experience in embedded systems with a focus on any of the following subsystems: modem, BSP/bootloader, networking, compute/AI/Machine Vision, multimedia (camera, audio), platform security, virtualization Extensive experience on any of the following software platforms: Android, Linux, QNX, microkernels/RTOS Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or other machine learning frameworks Proficiency in ML/MLOps for AI application development and deployment Advanced programming skills in Python and C/C++ Familiarity with supervised and unsupervised machine learning, computer vision, NLP, and LLM architectures Demonstrated analytical capability Quick learner with a robust technical background, strong problem-solving ability, and customer focus Experience in software architecture and design patterns Knowledge of architectural approaches for large-scale software applications Previous customer-facing experience is advantageous Exposure to fine-tuning GenAI models and reinforcement learning considered a plus Expertise in inference accuracy, throughput optimization, and edge deployment highly desirable Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience. 2+ years of experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. Responsible for CV models, LLMs, VLMs, VLAs deployment in ADAS and Cockpit Edge AI platforms Develop end to end applications for inference deployment on customer platforms Plan with team lead, take ownership of on-time delivery and quality. Train and support internal teams in issue resolution. Participate in cross department initiatives & activities to solve technical problems with cross-functional team. Contributing towards the continuous development & innovation of tools, technology, and user experience Assist in the design, development, and implementation of Gen AI and LLM applications Contribute towards implementing fine tuning and distillation techniques Perform ML model benchmarking and functional analysis to drive requirements and specifications Support customer engagement with AI model/workload optimization and deployment Collaborates with own team and other teams to complete project work, including implementing, testing features, and verifying the accuracy of systems Develops new and innovative ideas for a product or feature area. Drives triage of problems at the system level to determine root cause and presents results of testing and debugging to team members.
