AI Researcher: On-Device Agentic AI
Research and develop algorithms that understand user behaviors and multimodal contextual signals to enable intelligent, personalized, and context-aware assistance. Research and develop advanced multimodal and small language models tailored for on-device deployment, ensuring efficiency, low latency, and contextual relevance. Design and implement heterogeneous system architectures for on-device agentic AI, supporting intelligent memory, continual learning, and personalization. Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent practical experience. Mandatory experience with modern machine learning frameworks, including PyTorch.. Mandatory experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Language Models, Multimodal Language Models, or Multimodal Retrieval. Experience with on-device AI and lightweight model development. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and teamwork skills. A strong publication record in major conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, and COLM. Strong software development skills Experience in software development for mobile or embedded environments Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience. OR PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
