What you´ll do Standardize and develop new test methods leveraging a wide range of analytical test methods (destructive/non-destructive testing) Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and testing processes Track and manage test reports in the LIM system leveraging electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN) Provide peer review on test data and lab reports Participate in test standard validations, training others (e.g. lab personnel, marketing, sales) and internal presentations Apply consultative skills when interacting with customers to build trust and transparency in managing their incidents Participate in customer presentations and consult them on best-practices applied in the respective field Communicate with and consult AE field roles, KAMs, project teams and customers Lead internal and external technical requests and projects Ensure laboratory and application equipment are calibrated and safety checked in compliance with local regulations Support and ensure completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan on customer and overall product performance complaints
