Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Accounts Payable Apprentice
Poznań, Poland
Your responsibilities:
* Supporting the Accounts Payable department in daily operational activities.
* Verifying invoices and ensuring accurate posting in line with company policies.
* Maintaining effective communication with internal and external business partners.
* Monitoring and ensuring accuracy of vendor accounts, including reconciliation and corrective actions.
* Managing VAT-related corrections and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Our requirements:
* You are a student - preferred majors: finance, economics.
* You know English on communicative level.
* You are fluent in MS Office programs and have analytical skills.
* You are responsible and not afraid of challenges.
* You are result-oriented, proactive, and initiative-driven.
* You are not afraid of working independently, but at the same time you are able to cooperate with others.
* The knowledge of German would be an asset.
