We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented freelancer to join our team as an Account Executive, Creator Marketing – Brand Strategy Analyst. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of culture, social trends, and brand strategy, providing insights that directly inform marketing campaigns and creator collaborations. Roles & Responsibilities Our ideal candidate is passionate about creator and social trends, with a deep understanding of what’s happening in culture and online. They are an analyst at heart – curious, investigative, and detail-oriented – with a proven track record in writing, research, and analysis. The candidate must excel in creating comprehensive written assessments and presentations, supported by credible sources. Strong writing abilities, the capacity to conduct detailed research based on set criteria, and the ability to work independently are essential. Additionally, this person should be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines. Here are the key responsibilities: Evaluate creator and talent partners, including social media content creators, speakers, thought leaders, advocated, small business owners, athletes and more, to determine their suitability for clients based on established criteria. Develop and tailor presentations to showcase assessments, incorporating supporting sources and data to back up your evaluations. Utilize online resources to develop, conduct and gather insights on potential partners. Write detailed assessments of creators based on predefined criteria. Provide both qualitative and quantitative evaluations of creator suitability. Meet strict deadlines and manage multiple assessments simultaneously. Implement feedback to refine assessments and writing. Produce comprehensive assessments grounded in research. Stayed informed about social and cultural trends relevant to content creator landscapes. Bring industry best practices forward as an architect of an evolving area as well as a gatherer from our other markets across out network. Use project management tools to maintain ownership of and track assignments. Basic Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in Creator Marketing or a related field. Exceptional writing and analytical skills with a proven ability to conduct rigorous research and summarize findings effectively. Understanding and knowledge of popular social platforms, including Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, Threads, Twitter/X, and more. Deep understanding of digital culture and trends, with a keen interest in the creator space online. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in situations that require balancing clear-cut and nuanced aspects. Strong proficiency in Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Passionate about writing, research and analysis Knowledge of Creator / Influencer tools or platforms Knowledge in crisis communication, brand reputation and brand safety strategies Communicative and proactive self-starter who takes initiative in their work. Digitally-savvy with experience in social media, community management and/or marketing. Creative problem-solving abilities Capable of working autonomously, managing timelines effectively, and demonstrating a strong sense of ownership over work. Willingness to learn this emerging space and openness to taking on new challenges that will be new for the team and agency.
