Description & Requirements
We are looking for a Lead 2D Artist to elevate the visual execution of our storefront and live service content. In this role, you will lead and create compelling 2D marketing and promotional assets that support Product and Marketing initiatives across a high-volume live service environment.
You will translate DLC game assets into polished, high-impact visuals through expert composition, lighting, and design. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on quality, craft excellence, and scalable execution.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead visual execution for storefront bundles and promotional assets
• Create high-fidelity in-engine captures and marketing compositions
• Apply strong graphic design fundamentals including typography, layout, and hierarchy
• Partner with Marketing, Brand, Product, and Art to ensure cohesive visual presentation
• Develop and refine workflows to support a growing live service pipeline
• Write creative briefs and review work delivered by external partners
• Lead and mentor internal and vendor Screenshot Artists
• Provide guidance and feedback to maintain high visual standards
What We Are Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in game art, UI art, marketing art, or related field
• Expertise in composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design and photography skills
• Solid production and leadership experience
• Ability to engage with existing toolsets, improve processes and set the quality bar
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; experience After Effects and Illustrator preferred
• Experience working in proprietary or commercial game engines
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have:
• Weapons, hardware, military knowledge
• Understanding and experience of live service cadence
• A passion for the FPS genre
This role plays a critical part in shaping how players experience and engage with our live service content.
