Dr. Oetker uses SAP SuccessFactors as its applicant tracking system. The portal is at jobs.oetker.com and supports keyword, location, and postal-code search across more than 40 countries.
The application requires a table-format CV, a one-page cover letter, and supporting certificates including diplomas, training records, and prior employer references, all submitted as PDFs under 10 MB each.
