Douzone Bizon uses a fully proprietary Korean-language recruit portal at recruit.douzone.com — not Workday, Greenhouse, or any western ATS. Apply directly through the portal, not through aggregators, and complete the structured resume form (not just a PDF upload).
The annual 신입 공채 (new-graduate) cycle typically opens in early autumn, follows a multi-stage selection (서류 → 인적성 → 실무진 면접 → 임원 면접), and is competitive in the way Korean structured selections are: aptitude testing, multi-prompt 자기소개서 essays, and panel interviews are all real filters.
