Zonal Sales Manager
Role & responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for Commercial Equipment Finance across the assigned zone.
- Manage and lead a team of Area Sales Managers / Sales Managers / Relationship Managers.
- Develop business through dealers, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Ensure achievement of business targets and portfolio quality.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth loan processing.
