  • Drive sales growth for Commercial Equipment Finance across the assigned zone.
  • Manage and lead a team of Area Sales Managers / Sales Managers / Relationship Managers.
  • Develop business through dealers, OEMs, and channel partners.
  • Ensure achievement of business targets and portfolio quality.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth loan processing.
