Relationship Manager-SME
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire New-to-Bank SME clients and build strong business relationships
• Source Working Capital products such as CC, OD, Term Loans
• Manage SME / Business Banking portfolio and drive business growth
• Work with channels like DSA / connectors for business sourcing
• Conduct financial analysis and coordinate with credit team for loan processingRRole & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-8 years of experience in SME / Business Banking or Working Capital Sales
- Experience in sourcing CC, OD, Term Loan, SME / MSME Loans
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
- Good understanding of financial statements and credit process
- Experience in market sourcing / DSA channel preferred
