Build and manage Bima Sahayak servicing model at hospitals
• Ensure end-to-end cashless claim experience for insured patients
• Handle pre-authorization coordination with hospitals
• Liaison between patients, hospitals, and insurance teams
• Monitor treatment costs, claim approvals, and dispute resolution
• Drive NPS improvement and customer experience
