We are on the lookout for passionate, hard-working team players to join our dynamic production team. As an Saw Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in our fast-paced, high-variability art manufacturing process, contributing to the precision and quality that define Four Hands Art Studio.
In This Role
- Operate hand tools, automatic table saw and an automatic pneumatic tools
- Measure and cut material to product specifications
- Abide by all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain quality standards and a clean and organized work space
- Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person
- 1+ year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or woodworking environment preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience operating hand tools, table saws, or pneumatic tools preferred
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and cut materials to precise specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to follow safety policies and procedures in a production environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach for up to 8 hours per day
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-variability production setting
- Dependable with strong time management and attendance
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and support team needs as assigned
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
