Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training.

The work model for the role is: hybrid # LI-hybrid


This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area – Distribution Solutions Division in South Korea.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Implementing the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.

  • Achieving product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed.

  • Leading the tendering process for key MV/LV switchgear opportunities, including specification review, technical clarification, solution configuration, and commercial offer preparation.

  • Providing technical expertise to Sales teams, ensuring accurate sizing, product selection, compliance with customer requirements, and competitive pricing strategies. 

  • Supporting Sales through customer presentations, product demonstrations, bid defense sessions, and training activities.

  • Working with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure project feasibility, product availability, and alignment on delivery commitments.

  • Providing feedback on market needs, competitor activity, and customer specifications to global product groups for roadmap and localization decisions.




Qualifications for the role

  • Interest in MV/LV switchgear or related electrical equipment product marketing, tendering, technical sales, or product management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.

  • Basic technical understanding of MV/LV switchgear, protection & control devices, circuit breakers, busbar systems, arc flash mitigation, digital monitoring, and related IEC standards.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.

  • Business‑level proficiency in English and native‑level Korean fluency.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for coordination, customer meetings, or training (local/Overseas).
