- Key Responsibilities • Install, configure, test, and maintain PIDS, UVSS, CCTV, Access Control, and related security systems • Carry out fiber optic splicing, termination, testing, and troubleshooting • Perform CCTV camera installation, alignment, focusing, and system configuration • Assist in system testing, commissioning, and handover as per project requirements • Read and follow drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals • Identify and rectify faults in field equipment, cabling, power, and network connections • Coordinate with project engineers and site supervisors for smooth execution • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and site compliance standards • Maintain proper installation records, test reports, and site documentation • Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Key Skills & Competencies • Hands-on experience in CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, and networking basics • Strong practical knowledge of fiber optic splicing, OTDR testing, and termination • Familiarity with PIDS and UVSS systems (or similar perimeter/integrated security solutions) • Basic understanding of LAN networking, switches, IP addressing, and power systems • Ability to work independently at site and troubleshoot under pressure • Willingness to work at outdoor locations and extended site hours, if required Preferred Candidate Profile • Diploma holder with 3+ years of relevant field experience in electronic security systems • Experience working on infrastructure, industrial, government, or critical facility sites • Physically fit for site work and comfortable working in field conditions • Willing to travel and stay at project sites as per job requirements.
