Training + Recruitment experience

We are building a large recruitment team for our US IT Staffing division and are looking for experienced professionals who can train, mentor and develop fresh recruiters.

This role combines hands-on recruitment experience with training and mentoring responsibilities.

You will play a key role in building the next generation of technical recruiters by training fresh graduates and helping them become productive recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Training

• Train fresh graduates entering recruitment roles
  • Conduct structured recruitment training sessions
  • Teach fundamentals of technical recruitment and sourcing

Continuous Learning Programs

• Conduct refresher training sessions for existing recruiters
  • Identify skill gaps and conduct upskilling programs

Required Exp and Skills

4-10 years experience in technical recruitment / staffing
Strong understanding of IT recruitment
Experience mentoring or guiding recruiters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Passion for training and developing people

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in:

• IT staffing firms
  • Recruitment consulting companies
  • Corporate talent acquisition teams
  • Recruitment training / L&D roles

US IT Staffing experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
