Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, and drive operational efficiency within the hospital/hospitality environment. The role requires strong leadership, process management, compliance knowledge, and a customer-centric approach to maintain high standards of service and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of departments
Manage staff performance, scheduling, training, and team development
Ensure compliance with hospital/hospitality standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
Monitor service quality, patient/guest satisfaction, and implement improvement initiatives
Coordinate with hospital team, housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, and support teams
Handle operational budgeting, cost control, and vendor management
Resolve escalated customer/patient complaints professionally and effectively
Ensure proper implementation of safety, hygiene, and infection control standards
Prepare operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards for senior management
Support audits, inspections, and accreditation processes (NABH / ISO / Internal Audits)
Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
