Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver cutting-edge AI systems to solve some of our clients most challenging business problems
• Software development utilizing GenAI tools
• Developing, testing and refining AI-generated text prompts
• Collaborating with content, product and data teams to align prompts with company goals and user needs
• Continuously improving code quality, performance and the overall AI prompt generation process
• Conducting research on natural language processing and machine learning techniques to enhance prompt generation
• Analyzing user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in prompt quality and performance
• Developing and maintaining documentation across the software development lifecycle
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and natural language processing
• Deliver production-grade, mature AI/ML solutions for our clients at scale, built with automated, repeatable processes
• Take ownership of and drive key architecture decisions around the AI/ML lifecycle (build, test, deploy, and monitor)
• Utilize best-of-breed practices, tools, and cloud solutions

Requirements and skills

• Must have 4+ years of experience in Python development of services and/or applications where Python was used as the core programming
• 3+ years of professional experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), AWS preferred
• Proven work experience as a Software Developer with GenAI skills
• Software development experience with NodeJS development, GitLab CI/CD, as well as queuing approaches and solutions
• Experience with document parsing into RAG GPT solutions and story estimation
• Comprehensive understanding of natural language processing, machine learning and AI-generated content development
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience using large language models, Langchain, Langgraph, vector databases, and cloud AI services to architect AI solutions (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML), AWS preferred
• Experience in model development/fine-tuning and integration of LLMs to broader application workflows
• Expertise in prompt engineering, agentic frameworks, and retrieval augmented generation
• A creative approach to problem-solving using the latest AI technology
• SW development experience and able to apply GenAI services to build business applications
• Experience with open-source modeling frameworks (ex. TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience in production model management
• Knowledge of Unit Testing, automated testing and monitoring solutions
• Contributions to open-source projects
• A true passion for AI
• Relevant training and/or certifications in computer science, AI or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
