Supervisor Production(Printed)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee the entire printing process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality output meets customer requirements.
• Manage a team of printers, providing guidance on techniques, troubleshooting issues, and improving overall performance.
• Conduct quality control checks on printed materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with designers to ensure timely delivery of artwork files for printing.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in screen printing or offset printing production supervision.
• Strong knowledge of print production processes, including pre-press preparation and post-production finishing.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
