Role & responsibilities

ESSENTIAL

Achieving the sales and Gross margin targets through proactive engagement of well-defined list of existing and new ABCD customers and Providing required specification & onsite support leading to closing the sale logically .

To actively identify, develop, provide training and engage a network of applicators as per targets.

To closely interact with the concerned regional Specification teams to help provide specification/ Tech support to the Small & Medium Builders/ Industry

To establish and maintain good working relations with distributors/SFA / Applicators to gain support and service

To Plan and roll out training programs and promotional meets to the Applicators, ABCD Customers and site engineers regularly. Implement Applicator engagement programs effectively.

SECONDARY

To track performance through formal reporting as per the system

To travel and work across the territory as per the FJP

To provide training and manage the sales team of SFA/ Distributors to develop their skill set

To update On going as well as upcoming small and medium projects of the area through the network and other contacts


Preferred candidate profile

Civil Diploma with CC Experience
