- Maintenance of HT Substation, Switchgear, Transmission & Distribution systems.
- Shift Handling and hands on Experience E&I, Utility and BMS systems
- Troubleshooting & Handling of substation equipment, transformers above 2000 KVA, breakers, MCC, PCC, PF panels & its circuits.
- Operation and maintenance of DG sets above 1000 KVA with auto-synchronizing.
- Handling plant utility equipment: compressors, chillers, HVAC, UPS, AC systems, material handling equipment, STP & ETP, Power tools
- Experience with HT/LT motors and servo motors.
- Execution of CAPEX projects, CBM, WCM & energy-saving initiatives.
- Ensuring CEIG compliance, EMS standards, and sustainability projects.
- Spare parts management and inventory control.
- SAP maintenance modules and industrial automation implementation.
- Boiler operation & maintenance with safety circuit knowledge in hazardous areas.
- Execution , Planning of Plant Maintenance activities
- Preparation of Annual shutdown job planning and execution
- D2D maintenance work planning, tracking and reports
- Basic knowledge of Siemens VFDs G120 and S120.
- Experience with PLC/DCS/SCADA systems.
- Initiation and implementation of cost-saving projects.
- Team leadership, coordination, vendor development and training.
