SSE - Backend

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Backend Engineer with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to build scalable and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a product-based company and strong fundamentals in distributed systems.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

• Build high-performance distributed systems with a focus on scalability and reliability.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver backend solutions.

• Implement and manage distributed messaging queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

• Work with distributed caching systems such as Redis, Aerospike, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB.

• Ensure system performance, monitoring, and reliability using tools like ELK Stack.

• 1–3 years of experience in backend development using Java.

• Strong experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

• Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ (Distributed Queues).

• Knowledge of Redis, Aerospike, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB (Distributed Cache).

• Candidates from Tier 1 / Tier 2 engineering institutes (2024–2025 passouts preferred).

• Product-based company experience preferred.

• Exposure to Generative AI is a plus.

• Good communication skills.

• Diversity candidates preferred.
