About the role:

The objective of this role is to consistently meet service metrics by providing accurate solutions, reducing resolution time, and maintaining a customer-first approach


Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner
  • Understand customer issues and provide accurate, effective resolutions
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved
  • Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and performance metrics
  • Educate customers on products, services, and best practices
  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience
  • Handle customer complaints calmly while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
  • Adhere to company policies, data privacy, and compliance requirements
