Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Lead Qualification Specialist who will be the first point of contact for incoming leads and will play a critical role in qualifying potential clients for our Direct Sales team. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that only high-quality, sales-ready leads are passed on for further engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound leads generated from various marketing and sales campaigns.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to assess customer needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as industry, size, hiring needs, etc.
• Nurture leads through effective follow-ups via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and provide market feedback.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs around lead conversion and follow-up activities.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a lead qualification/pre-sales/sales support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of confidence in cold calling and engaging with new prospects.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the recruitment, SaaS, or B2B sales domain.
• Familiarity with Naukri.com offerings and digital hiring platforms.
