Job Title - IT Project Manager

Location - Mumbai - Andheri East

Job Objective:

The purpose of the role is to work cross functionally with management, business stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to minimize business disruption and maximize business benefit of process changes.

Lead and ensure the successful delivery of projects and IT solutions that satisfy consumer needs. Evaluate and pilot innovative solutions which can address anticipated customer needs along with business stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

• Lead, plan and execute end-to-end IT projects (ERP upgrades, application rollouts, infrastructure changes, security initiatives).
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resources.
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and progress reports for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, compliance, and change management frameworks.

Technical Expertise

• Understand key business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Support IT enablement of business transformation initiatives.

People & Vendor Management

• Lead and mentor IT project managers, business analysts, and support staff.
• Manage vendor relationships for IT applications, licensing, and services.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Experience

• 10-15 years in IT, with at least 5+ years in project management and enterprise application management.
• Understanding of SAP FICO modules, configurations, and integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS controls) and ITGC.
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
