Role & responsibilities
- Build Single Brand E Commerce Business
- Formulate strategy and execution plans for customer acquisition and retention
- Plan & execute strategies to maximize traffic flow to meet targeted segment sales through both organic traffic and affiliate traffic; strategize banner visibility in sync with key marketing and sales objectives of the organization
- Manage Ecommerce related budget and investments
Preferred candidate profile
- Experienced in Product Management and Product Lifecycle management skills with insights on online consumer purchase journey and website structuring to maximize sales
- Strong understanding of end-to-end integration required for completing the cycle of sales and deliveries, required customer alerts and return management for superior customer experience
- Well versed in Performance Marketing, online creatives to drive click through and conversions Team player with capability to work across multiple category teams within an organization & drive the unified objective of the brand
- Knowledge of online payment mechanisms & Online Finance Mechanism; Legal and Regulatory framework pertaining to Ecommerce • Experience in managing Distribution Partners
- Ability to develop and monitor customer response management through call centers and online mechanisms
- Strong Analytical capability and Dash Boards preparation capability to drive business and consumer insights that enable Business Leaders to provide supporting inputs
- Capability to drive tech development and integration to improve platform capabilities
- Dynamic, self-driven and entrepreneurial minded to continuously hit goals and deadlines. Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn.
