As a Senior Program Manager, you’ll lead the evolution of our HR technology landscape, driving initiatives that modernize employee experiences, enable smarter decision-making, and unlock the potential of AI across HR. From optimizing SAP SuccessFactors to introducing AI-enabled capabilities, your work will directly influence how employees and leaders interact with HR systems every day.
You’ll partner with cross-functional teams across HR, IT, Data, and Security to deliver scalable, secure, and forward-thinking solutions, ensuring our technology not only meets today’s needs but is built for the future.
What the Role Offers
- Lead end-to-end delivery of global HR technology programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, timelines, and governance
- Drive the evolution of SAP SuccessFactors and integrated HR platforms, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and user experience
- Evaluate and optimize HR processes through automation and AI-enabled capabilities
- Partner with global product owners and IT teams to deliver system enhancements and releases
- Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of enhancements, ensuring alignment with data governance and AI principles
- Provide oversight on role-based permissions, ensuring strong security, privacy, and access controls
- Support the adoption of new technologies through training, enablement, and change strategies
- Collaborate with HR and Communications to build awareness, trust, and adoption of new tools and capabilities
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to continuously improve the HR technology ecosystem
What You Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology, with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors
- Proven experience delivering enterprise or global HR technology initiatives in complex environments
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how to translate them into scalable technology solutions
- Experience with program or project management methodologies and governance frameworks
- Familiarity with AI concepts in HR (e.g., automation, analytics, predictive insights)
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and access governance best practices
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across HR, IT, and business teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience supporting change management and driving technology adoption
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, Business, or a related field

This is a global role supporting clients/employees in North America and Europe and requires fluency in French & English.

Salary Range: $97,090 - $147,090; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
