Your Impact

As a member of the FP&A organization, the person in this role will partner across the org to consolidate, monitor, process and report OPEX and P&L results.  The ideal candidate has experience in business partnership in order to assist business leaders in making informed operational and investment decisions. 

The Lead Financial Analyst plays a crucial part in our teams overall ability to provide accurate and timely financial support to our business partners. The candidate will draw heavily on their financial modeling and system skills to provide insights to help drive financial decision making that yields maximum, long term value for the business.  The ideal candidate is a well-rounded performer who thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment, excels in a collaborative work atmosphere and possesses the ability to build and maintain close working relationships with peers/management and be a trusted business partner.  

 

What the role offers:

  • Consolidate, validate, and report P&L performance, including OPEX and headcount variance analysis with commentary.

  • Support monthly forecasting, annual planning, and preparation of executive‑level presentations and business cases.

  • Analyze financial and operational data to recommend actions, including scenario modeling and development of key metrics and reports.

  • Gather and integrate data from multiple systems to produce meaningful insights for financial models.

  • Collaborate across teams, provide support across the portfolio, and perform ad‑hoc analysis for business initiatives and special projects.

 

What you need to succeed

  • Strong judgment, autonomy, and ability to drive high‑value projects to completion; capable of forming and defending informed opinions.

  • 5+ years of progressive Finance experience (preferably FP&A with business partnership), plus process improvement and automation mindset.

  • Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail; strong Excel, financial/ERP reporting, Power BI, and Tableau capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative, influential, and comfortable with ambiguity; able to work independently or in a team.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA or CPA candidate preferred); industry experience in tech or telecom is an asset.

Salary Range: $86,800- $130,200; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
