Education
- Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
- Minimum 3 (5) years in Purchasing role.
- Experience in sourcing, sourcing decisions, negotiations, strategic analysis and managing a supply base.
- Proved experience as buyer in the automotive sector and/or electronic
- Skilled in computer office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong personal skills to work in a global team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication in the local language and in English.
- Open minded, Self-motivated, Team oriented and Analytical
- Demonstrated knowledge in Automotive quality assurance systems for suppliers and components.
- Experience in supplier management process, systems and tools
- Experience in Contract management (such as complex Annual price agreements, Long Terms Agreements, Terms and Conditions)
- Coaching and training of category buyers
