Wir suchen für unser Team einen Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Spritzguss. 

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entnahme von Kunststoffteilen aus Spritzgussmaschinen

  • Durchführung von visuellen Qualitätskontrollen

  • Nacharbeit von Bauteilen und Information an den Vorgesetzten bei kritischen Abweichungen

  • Beschriftung und Verpackung der produzierten Ware nach Kundenvorgaben (OEM)

  • Sicherstellung der Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsbereich (5S)

  • Mitarbeit in projektbezogenen Arbeitsteams und Kaizen-Workshops

  • Wartung und Reinigung der technischen Anlagen (TPM1)

  • Einhaltung der Bestimmungen zum Arbeits-, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutz

Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung verfügen, idealerweise als Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik, oder vergleichbarer Abschluss

  • zuverlässig, belastbar und flexibel

  • gute Team-, Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

  • hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein

  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Dreischichtsystem)
