We are seeking Senior Analyst(s) to lead research, evidencegeneration, data analytics, and knowledge management functions for aninnovative five-year program aimed at increasing womens participation in skilltraining and economic opportunities by effectively addressing barriers andpromoting women-led development in Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on relevant thematic areas such asfemale labour force participation, skill development, and womens empowerment,
  • Identify and compile data from public dashboards,administrative MIS portals, and other data platforms.
  • Review the existing state monitoring and evaluation systemsand MIS and suggest improvements to track gender-disaggregated data onskilling, placement, and retention.
  • Review existing state-level policies, frameworks, andliterature to monitor the status of womens participation in skilling andemployment opportunities, identify emerging issues, and support in designingtargeted interventions.
  • Support in the development and implementation of a state actionplan for boosting womens participation and retention in formal employment in alignmentwith the national roadmap.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefs,research papers and best practices to contribute to public discourse on womensparticipation in skill training and economic opportunities.

As job descriptions cannot be exhaustive, the professionalmay be required to undertake other duties that are broadly in line with theabove tasks as determined by the senior leadership.

Qualification Experience

Educational Background

Masters degree or higher in Economics, Education, SocialSciences, Public Policy, or a related field from a recognized university.

Work Experience and Expertise:

  • At least six (6) years of experience working in programmesrelated to skill development with a gender focus.
  • Understanding of skilling and labour force participationdatabases and ecosystem.
  • Experience of developing high-quality knowledge productstailored for diverse stakeholders, including government, industry, and NGOs.
