Responsibilities:
As a Social Media Executive, you'll help us stay ahead of trends, drive engagement, and build a strong online presence across platforms.
- Creating, curating, and scheduling content across Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn & more
- Working closely with content and design teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy
- Writing captions, one-liners, and threads that are smart, sharp, and scroll-worthy
- Monitoring social conversations, responding to DMs/comments, and driving community engagement
- Tracking performance metrics and sharing insights to improve content
- Jumping on trends and making them relevant to the Exitfund voice
What were looking for:
- 3 + years of experience managing social media for a brand or publication
- Strong understanding of startup culture, Twitter lingo, meme marketing, and business content
- Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas
- Familiarity with basic design tools like Canva is required
- Comfortable with analytics tools like Meta Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc.
- Highly organized, proactive, and quick to adapt
- Bonus if you have worked with business or finance-focused brands/content
