1. Understand customer requirements and conduct after sales repair on the customer product providing customer satisfaction and cost-effective solutions while recording the defects along with the solutions in the central database

2. Monitor the serviced watch return (repeat return) to analyse on the servicing effectiveness / quality of repair and provide inputs in creating countermeasures
3. Conduct stock audit and commercial compliance for the responsible service centre on periodic basis
