DuPont Latin America Marketing & Communications is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Marketing & Communications Analyst to support and execute Marketing Communications (MarCom) and Digital initiatives across Latin America, including Spanish-speaking countries such as Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Peru.
This position is responsible for supporting regional MarCom, Digital, and communication execution, ensuring brand consistency, strong market-facing messaging, and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer engagement across the region.
Key Individual Accountabilities may include:
• Collaborate closely with LATAM Marketing, MarCom, and Digital leaders to improve communication strategies and strengthen market-facing messaging across assigned countries.
• Execute regional MarCom and Digital strategies aligned with business priorities, global guidelines, and local market needs.
• Ensure correct application of brand and marketing guidelines across all assigned countries, maintaining consistency with global brand strategies.
• Develop and manage MarCom and digital content, including brochures, catalogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Brief and coordinate with creative, digital, and PR agencies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets aligned with brand standards.
• Ensure all content reflects product value propositions and resonates with local audiences.
• Manage Purchase Orders (POs), support budget control, and ensure compliance with internal financial and governance processes.
• Coordinate localization, translation, approvals, and version control of regional assets and documentation.
• Support and execute digital strategies aligned with regional digital activation and commercial marketing strategies.
• Support Public Relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility and protect corporate reputation in assigned countries.
• Coordinate press releases, interviews, and media coverage in partnership with agencies and media outlets.
• Monitor media performance and report on key visibility and impact metrics.
• Plan and execute events in assigned countries, including trade shows, product launches, internal activations, and customer engagements.
• Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and promotional materials, ensuring strong stakeholder impact.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within scope, proactively managing timelines and project milestones.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Digital teams to support commercial initiatives and product launches.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding MarCom and Digital execution needs in the region.
Main Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Solid experience in Marketing Communications and/or Digital Marketing.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different countries and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling capabilities.
• Experience working with creative, digital, and PR agencies.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with a high level of accountability.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Canva and the Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills and learning agility, with the ability to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work according to the highest ethical standards and company core values.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Availability to travel.
