Role: SAP Payroll Testing Expert

Work timing: APAC Hours

Job Description

Were looking for a Payroll Test Analyst to support multiple APAC countries (e.g., New Zealand, Thailand, Philippines). This is a more consultative role requiring both payroll expertise and strong facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with country stakeholders to gather payroll requirements and validate scenarios
• Develop and execute end-to-end payroll test strategies across multiple APAC markets
• Create test scripts, scenarios, and acceptance criteria for various payroll systems
• Support solutioning discussions and provide recommendations based on payroll best practices
• Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations across all supported countries
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on integrations and dependencies
• Drive defect resolution and support “path to green” remediation efforts

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong multi-country APAC payroll knowledge (e.g., New Zealand, Thailand, Philippines)
• Proven experience in payroll testing and system implementations
• Ability to facilitate workshops and engage business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, integrations, and compliance
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
