Sales Team Lead Business Development US IT Staffing

We are looking for high-energy Sales Professionals who can grow into Sales Team Leads and drive business growth for our US IT Staffing division.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong sales instincts, leadership potential, and excellent communication skills, even if they do not currently have experience in US staffing.

Selected candidates will receive structured training on US Staffing, client acquisition, vendor partnerships, and sales strategy, after which they will lead a team responsible for generating requirements and driving placements for US clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a sales team focused on US IT staffing business development
    • Identify and onboard new vendor partners, staffing firms, and clients in the US market
    • Generate IT staffing requirements (Contract / C2C / Full Time roles)
    • Build strong relationships with staffing partners, implementation partners, and hiring managers
    • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure submission quality and timely candidate delivery
    • Track key metrics such as requirements generated, interviews scheduled, offers, and placements
    • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and consistent requirement flow
    • Participate in sales strategy discussions and account expansion initiative

Prior US Staffing experience is NOT mandatory if the candidate has strong sales capabilities.
