Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Execution: Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through direct sales activities and structured campaigns.
Client Coordination & Support: Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding requirements, supporting solution delivery, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
Market & Performance Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, track industry trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Campaign Support & Optimization: Work closely with senior managers to plan, execute, and refine direct marketing and sales campaigns across multiple channels.
Target Tracking & Delivery: Monitor individual and team sales targets, supporting consistent achievement of performance goals while maintaining service quality.
Team Support & Development: Participate in team coordination, training, and mentoring activities, gradually taking on leadership responsibilities as part of the trainee program.
Reporting & Metrics: Track sales and marketing performance metrics and assist in preparing regular reports for management review.
Process & Operations Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in sales operations and workflows and support the implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
