About the Role

As a Graduate Marketing Executive, you will be at the frontline of our client campaigns — engaging directly with consumers, representing brands in high-footfall environments, and contributing to measurable business outcomes from day one. This is a field-based, people-focused role that rewards energy, communication, and a results-oriented approach.

Full training is provided from the outset, so prior experience in marketing or sales is not a requirement. What we are looking for is the right attitude and the drive to develop quickly.

What You Will Be Doing

• Representing client campaigns through direct marketing and face-to-face consumer engagement
• Promoting products, services, and events in targeted, high-traffic locations across Bangalore
• Identifying and developing new business leads, converting opportunities into tangible results
• Collaborating with your team to achieve weekly and monthly campaign targets
• Progressing into training and mentoring responsibilities as your confidence and skill set grows

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary of 35,000 per month
• Progression to 55,000 per month by Month 3, performance dependent
• Weekly performance-based incentive structure
