The Opportunity

We are seeking an leaders to build, lead, and scale our sales operations in India. This is a high-impact role with end-to-end responsibility for revenue growth, market entry strategy, and team development.

You will work closely with global leadership while having the autonomy to shape our go-to-market approach locally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the India sales strategy aligned with global objectives
  
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  
• Drive new business acquisition and strategic partnerships
  
• Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  
• Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline management
  
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams globally
  
• Provide market insights to inform product and pricing strategies
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in leadership, ideally within an international or high-growth company
  
• Strong track record of building and developing sales teams in India
  
• Deep understanding of the Indian market and customer landscape
  
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  
• Experience working with global teams and senior stakeholders
