Job Title: Sales Manager PD (Peritoneal Dialysis)

Role Summary:

The Sales Manager PD (SMPD) is responsible for achieving revenue targets from products assigned under the Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) portfolio within the designated geographic territory, key accounts, and customers. The role focuses on sales growth, customer engagement, channel development, and execution of marketing and institutional strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



Job Description:-

1.Promote PD division products (e.g., CAPD Fluid Bags, Accessories, ACD Machines, etc.) to Nephrologists, ESKD patients, and other relevant agencies.

2.Develop and service a network of channel partners to effectively meet customer needs.

3.Collaborate closely with the clinical team to achieve implant and therapy adoption targets.

4.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for revenue, customer creation, and patient engagement.

5.Manage institutional customers effectively and implement divisional strategies and policies.

6.Build and maintain strong relationships with Nephrologists, Dialysis Technicians, Hospital Purchase Officials, and Institutional Procurement Agencies.

7.Identify new business opportunities in private and institutional markets and share insights proactively with senior management.

8.Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports, including secondary sales data from channel partners and competitor activity updates.

9.Support and execute brand-building and promotional activities in coordination with Regional and Head Office teams.

10.Maintain and update customer databases for business analytics and decision-making.

11.Act as a resource person for business development and execution of projects under PMNDP and other government-funded programs.
