Position: Sales Manager (OT)
Location:-Mumbai
Experience-1-9 Years
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-9 years experience in Sales & Marketing in the Medical Devices / Healthcare industry. Should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. Should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow current Ottomed Endoscopy Business.
- Focus on video endoscopy systems & ancillaries, educational development, product line utilisation, sales related support.
- Work closely with all Health Care professional like Gastroenterologists, Pulmonologists, Urologists, etc. in the territory.
- Connect with specialised doctors.
- Forecast & achieve weekly, monthly & annual sales target for the state.
- 100% customer coverage to ensure high market share.
- Maintain service levels for customers - Educate on Strategic Business Initiatives.
- Implement strategic plan as instructed by the Management.
- Optimise Prescription Management.
- Provide and Support Doctor / Nurse Training.
- Coordinate key activities with the teammates to ensure continuity of strategy and prioritisation.
- Solidify existing business and associated relationships.
- Minimise focus on low profit accounts.
- Be the eyes and ears of the Company.
- Monitor and control Distributors in the state, collect, monitor & plan strategies basis on distributors sales & stocks statement.
- Work with team & demonstrate by leading from the front.
- Closely observe competitor activities and report to management.
- Regularly conduct field activities to drive high sales.
- Monitor & send daily field working report to reporting manager.
- Provide technical support to doctors for smooth process on company products.
- Identify quality or usage related problems and resolve them.
- Attend market complaints, identify problems and provide solutions.
- Identify competitors activities, analyse their strengths & weakness and share with Reporting Manager
- Maintain regular contact with end user customers and technical staff for better business.
- Report all activities to Reporting Manager on daily basis.
