Sales Manager
Role & responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire new SME clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME owners and decision-makers.
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, product) to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
