Job Responsibilities
- Promote products under the TM Division (Blood Collection Bags, Filter Bags, ACD Bags, Blood Bank Equipment, ACE Machine, etc.) to blood banks, institutional buyers, and other agencies.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of channel partners to effectively meet customer needs.
- Lead the team by example, demonstrating initiative and commitment in achieving organizational objectives.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets related to revenue, customer creation, and patient engagement.
- Follow up effectively with institutional customers while implementing divisional strategies and policies.
- Build and maintain good relationships with blood bank professionals and technicians.
- Identify new business opportunities in private and institutional markets and proactively share information with senior management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including secondary billing details from channel partners and competitor activity analysis.
- Implement brand-building and promotional activities in coordination with Regional and Head Office teams.
- Prepare and regularly update the customer database for business analytics purposes.
- Organize and conduct workshops and CMEs (Continuing Medical Education programs).
