Responsibilities

  • Maintain an awareness of business operations to help influence stakeholders to explore technology enhancements related to risk and fraud

  • Drive security enhancements by partnering with stakeholders across business units

  • Project management skills to include documenting project progress, provide recurring updates and remedies for potential hurdles

  • Educate stakeholders of the risks of not making fraud enhancements; conduct follow up with each business unit

  • Provide non-traditional risk monitoring and investigative services, including off hours support as needed

  • Help business stakeholders make informed decisions regarding prioritization of risk enhancements

  • Act as a subject matter expert on worldwide risk processes and best practices 

  • Effective use of written and oral communication to present ideas, case studies and proposals to impacted parties

  • Work to centralize and streamline risk mitigation techniques across multiple systems, region, and centers

  • Attend industry conferences and training courses as assigned

Requirements

  • BA degree or equivalent work experience

  • 3 years of experience in an analytical role 

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong relationship building skills and communication skills

  • Team members should be able to lead, influence, and drive change

  • Results and execution focused with strong analytical and logical problem solving skills

  • Ability to host and/or attend off hours calls as needed  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Self-starter, expected to work both individually and in a team environment

  • Previous presentation experience

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple lines of business

  • Strong understanding and experience with credit card operations
