QMS Coordinator
•Responsible for implementing the Wabtec Transit processes and associated documented information for the site(s) he/she is in charge with.
•Manage the Local QMS Documentation + Safety document coordination.
•Define, Monitor and Execute the Site(s) internal audit Programme and support external audit execution.
Ensure actions needed following internal/external audits are addressed, implemented and are effective

Our system solutions for the rail industry include the ANNAX Passenger Information System, which integrates numerous subsystems such as seat reservation, passenger counting, video surveillance, information for visually and hearing-impaired passengers, infotainment/entertainment systems, and more.
- Education: Completed vocational training or degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Management or a comparable field.
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Management Systems in an industrial/manufacturing environment (ideally rail/transportation, mechanical/electrical manufacturing, or similar regulated industries).
- QMS Standards Knowledge:
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 (required).
- Practical experience supporting certification audits (internal and external).
- English Language: Good to very good English (B2+) for collaboration with international stakeholders.
