Product Manager - Digital Payments
Role & responsibilities
- Manage and enhance digital payment products with a strong focus on prepaid instruments.
- Collaborate with technology teams to implement functional and non-functional requirements.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution through proper escalation.
- Maintain documentation, knowledge base, SOPs, and ensure closure of all reported issues.
- Prepare reports for management reviews and ensure adherence to defined SLAs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Prepaid Products (GPR Cards, Wallets, Forex Cards).
- Understanding of prepaid lifecycle, transaction flows, reconciliation, disputes, and customer servicing.
- Good technical knowledge of digital payments, banking systems, and transaction processing.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- MBA/PGDM or equivalent preferred.
