We are hiring for Pharma Business Development Manager for Ahmedabad Location
Work Location: Ahmedabad
Job role & Responsibilities:-
- The Pharma Business Development Manager will focus on entry and nonvalidated business,
- Responsible for to open doors in pharmaceutical companies by generating early-stage, non validated business, pilots, and repeat utility-side orders, and to create a pipeline and references that can later transition into validated and strategic pharma business.
- Account entry and access building in pharma companies
- Drive non-validated business (utility filters, pre-filters, pilots)
- Manage pilots and trials
- Coordinate with internal engineering and leadership teams
- Maintain CRM discipline and reporting
Key skills & experience required:-
- 5-10 years experience in industrial or pharma-adjacent sales
- Experience in pharma industry-Selling exp of filters , filtration, WFI, pharma plants / Process Systems / TFF/ Sterile equipments / Pharma machinery OEMs
- Experience of selling Filters in Pharma Industry
- Pharma exposure - plant, OEM, EPC, or validation
- Selling exp of Specific pharma equipment(i.e filter or any relevant similar product)/filtration systems.
- Strong door-opening and relationship skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage selling
