Outbound Sales Executive
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance, achieving a minimum of X% growth in revenue generation.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales goals, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in B2C sales or telesales environment.
- Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets consistently.
